Oct 21–31, 202701 You’re Invited
You’re invited! Come explore The Passion Translation together in Israel — in the very land where the story of Scripture unfolded. This is more than a trip; it’s an experience of walking through the Word alongside Brian and Candice and a company of like-minded believers.
This year the tour runs October 21–31, 2027 — we depart for Israel on October 21 and arrive back at JFK on October 31 — a full 10 nights in the land. There is no extension this year; instead, Pastor Brian has lengthened the tour so we can explore even more of Israel together.
Together we’ll share powerful teaching, great food, and wonderful community — woven through with times of ministry and refreshing. It’s an invitation to slow down, draw near, and let the Word come alive in the place it was first written.

05 From Brian & Candice
As a spiritual father and mother, we would be honored to have you join us. There is something that happens when we open the Word together in the land where it was written — teaching, ministry, refreshing, and a community of like-minded believers all in one place. Come and explore The Passion Translation with us.
06 Good to Know
The details travelers ask about most — from packing and passports to payments and what a typical day looks like. Still have a question? Reach out and we’ll help.
This tour includes a lot of walking, including up and down stairs. We recommend that you be physically prepared and able to walk about 2 miles and climb up to 50 stairs.
The Full Tour is $5,999 per person and includes roundtrip group airfare from New York (JFK) to Tel Aviv, 4–5 star hotels, daily breakfast and dinner, knowledgeable Israeli guides, and Brian’s teaching at each site. The Land Only package is $4,499 per person and includes everything on the ground — you arrange your own airfare to Tel Aviv. Pricing is based on double occupancy; single occupancy is available for a $1,525 surcharge.
A deposit reserves your place, with the balance paid on a set schedule before departure. You’ll receive the full payment schedule when you register.
We’ve tried to make this trip close to all-inclusive. A few expenses are not included in the tour cost:
If you live outside the U.S., choose the Land Only package and arrange your own airfare to Tel Aviv. Please plan to arrive at or before the U.S. team and meet the group at the airport in Israel — we’ll share meeting details before departure.
We leave the decision to include children up to parents. The days are long and full of touring historical sites, and the tour is oriented toward adults with nothing specifically for children. Few children attend, so yours would likely be the only one in the group. We generally recommend children be at least 12 years of age, but it’s your call as a parent.
We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance. It’s reasonably priced and gives you two main benefits:
A provider we recommend is TravelSafe, which has a good record of paying claims. You can get a quote or purchase at insureyonder.com.
The trip is all-inclusive except for personal spending money and the lunches on your own. We recommend bringing about $500 per person for these expenses. Many places accept credit cards, but it’s wise to carry some cash for times when cards aren’t accepted.
Israel’s national currency is the shekel, though many places also accept U.S. dollars (sometimes at a better price) and credit cards. Credit cards often give the best exchange rate; debit cards work at ATMs, which dispense shekels. Let your bank or card company know you’ll be in Israel so your cards work.
You’ll need a valid passport from your country to enter Israel, and it’s very important that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your departure date from Israel. Tourist visas are not required for U.S. citizens; travelers from other countries should check their own visa requirements.
No special shots are required to visit Israel. As with any international travel, it’s good to check with your doctor for any recommendations.
Israel uses 230V. Most Apple power adapters handle both 230V and 120V, so you’ll only need a plug adapter for Apple devices. For other electronics you may need both a converter and an adapter.
Days vary, but a typical day looks like this (always subject to change):
We stay in 4–5 star hotels in Tiberias, Jerusalem, and the Dead Sea.
Trip cost is based on double occupancy. Married couples share a room; travelers coming as singles are paired with another person of the same sex. If you’d like to be paired with someone specific, just let us know. Single occupancy is available for a surcharge of $1,525.
Days are usually warm and evenings slightly cooler. Dress is casual — shorts and t-shirts are fine — though a few sites require men to wear pants and women to cover their shoulders. Comfortable walking shoes are a must. A suggested packing list is provided before the trip.
Drinking water in Israel is considered safe and of good quality; the minerals may affect the taste for some. Bottled water is available to purchase, and we provide 2 bottles of water per person per day on the bus (additional bottles from the driver for about $1 each).
The nation of Israel is close to God’s heart, and our intercession there is vital. As we go to enjoy Israel, we also go to minister and impart His love and glory. Some evenings we’ll gather for worship, encouragement, impartation, and healing. Begin preparing now by asking the Lord what He wants to do in you and through you while in Israel.
07 Peace of Mind
Plans change. If you need to cancel your tour registration, here is our 2027 refund schedule.
If we purchased individual airfare in your name, the cost of that ticket is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund; any refunds or credits are then arranged directly with the airline.
If we cancel the tour more than 60 days in advance — the more likely scenario — you’ll receive a 100% refund, except for any amount already spent on individual airfare purchased in your name.
If the tour must be cancelled within 60 days of departure because of travel restrictions imposed by the U.S. or Israeli governments, we’ll work with the airlines, hotels, and our tour companies to secure the best possible refund for you.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any losses due to trip interruption.
